Take cocoa powder

In another bowl, whisk the eggs until light and fluffy. Slowly, add it into the flour mixture while working all the ingredients to form a dough. For the pasta dough, sift the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt into a large mixing bowl and whisk to blend. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and place the eggs in.
Instructions to make Chocolate Ravioli with Khoya Filling:
For the ravioli dough take together flour, cocoa powder, icing sugar and salt in a sieve.
Sieve together and add vegetable oil.
Knead with about 1/4th cup of water to make a little sticky dough.
Cover and keep aside for 15 to 20 minutes.
For the khowa filling heat1/2 cup of milk and 1 tablespoon of ghee in a pan.
When the milk starts boiling add icing sugar and milk powder.
Mix well and cook in low flame for about 5 minutes or till the mixture becomes thick.
Remove from heat and add crushed cashew and desiccated coconut.
Mix well and transfer to a bowl.
Make 2 balls out of the prepared dough.
Make thin rectangular shapes sheet with the help of rolling pin.
Take a chocolate mould like the picture below. you can make ravioli without this also.
Spread one sheet over the mould.
Fill each cavity with the prepared Khoya mixture.
Cover with another sheet.
Press sides and edges of each cavity with finger to seal nicely and flip the mould.
Gently remove the mould from the sheets.
Now trim off the sides and also separate each ravioli with a sharp knife.
With a fork seal the sides of each ravioli like the picture below.
Like this use the whole dough to make the raviolis.
Make a sugar water by boiling 4 cups of water and 1 cup of sugar.
When the syrup starts boiling add the prepared raviolis.
Pouch them in sugar water for about 5 to 6 minutes.
Drain them in a colander.
For the sauce take the leftover khoya filling in a pan.
Add 1/2 cup of full fat whole milk.
Cook them in low heat for 4-5 minutes to make a thick saucy consistency.
Let the mixture cool to room temperature.
Transfer the strained raviolis to a plate. You can eat them as they are. They are really tasty.
I dusted some icing sugar on them.
At the time of serving pour some khoya sauce in the serving plate and then put chocolate raviolis over it.

Lay wonton wrappers on a work surface. Lightly moisten the edges of each wrapper with water. Brush around the ricotta with water. Use a ravioli cutter to slice between each filling. One by one, fold the top half of the dough sheet over, working gently so the filling stays in the middle.
