  9. Now take out the steamed raviolis and pour the hot sauce over it.
  10. Garnish with some oregano and serve hot.

Depending on how thick you like your sauce, whisk in the corn starch to thicken, or omit for a thinner sauce. Add cooked ravioli to the pan with the sauce and toss to coat. You can make the sauce richer by subbing whole milk, or by using cream or evaporated milk for part of the skim milk. Sometimes I melt a tablespoon of butter and make a roux with the flour before adding my liquid. Note: Prep time does not include time for spinach to defrost.
