Pavlova is one of the most favored of recent trending meals on earth. It’s simple, it is fast, it tastes yummy. It’s enjoyed by millions daily. Pavlova is something that I’ve loved my entire life. They are fine and they look fantastic.

Pavlova is a meringue-based dessert named after the Russian ballerina Anna Pavlova. Pavlova is crisp on the edges, chewy on top, and marshmallow soft and creamy in the centers. Pile high with lemon curd, whipped cream, and fresh fruit to make a naturally delicious gluten free dessert!

To begin with this particular recipe, we must first prepare a few ingredients. You can cook pavlova using 5 ingredients and 3 steps. Here is how you cook that.

The ingredients needed to make Pavlova:

  1. Take 4 Egg Whites
  2. Get 1 1/4 cup Castor Sugar
  3. Take 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  4. Take 1 tsp White Vinegar
  5. Prepare 1 tbsp Edmonds Cornflower

Pavlova (Pav) is a Meringue Cake that has a light and delicately crisp crust with a soft marshmallow center. This dessert is typically served with whipped cream and fresh fruit.

Steps to make Pavlova:

  1. Preheat oven to 180degrees (C)
  2. Use electric mixer to beat egg whites and sugar for 10min or until thick and glossy. Mix in vinegar, Vanilla and cornflower together. Add to meringue. Beat on high speed for 5 more minutes. Line an oven tray with baking paper. Draw a 22cm circle on the baking paper. Spread the mixture to within 2cm of the edge of the circle keeping the same shape as round and even as possible. Smooth the top surface. Place the Pavlova in oven then turn temp down to 100°F (C). Bake Pavlova for 1 hr then turn oven OFF. Open oven door very slightly and leave Pavlova inside oven till "COLD". Carefully place Pavlova onto serving plate. Decorate with whipping cream, Strawerries, Kiwi fruit
  3. EXTREMELY IMPORTANT : Do Not remove Pavlova from oven till "COLD" otherwise you stand the risk of the Pavlova collapsing inward…..not good!!!!
