  1. Get 5 Jalapenos
  2. Get 2 Green Peppers
  3. Get 1 Small Shallot

  5. Prepare 1/4 c. Asiago Cheese
  6. Get 1/2 tsp. chopped garlic
  7. Prepare 1 large bunch fresh cilantro

Instructions to make Jalapeno Pesto:

  1. Seed and stem the peppers, peel and chop the shallot, peel and grate the ginger.
  2. Add all ingredients ( except the olive oil) to the work bowl of your food processor, pulse until smooth.
  3. Add olive oil slowly to the running food processor, until a smooth sauce like consistence is achieved. about a 1/4 cup give or take.

Pesto became really popular years ago. I'm not sure I recall the first time I had it, but I've always known I loved it. I'm sharing this unique recipe with you and it's so delicious you may even be tempted to eat it off a spoon. Using gloves, slice the jalapenos in half, seed and devein.
