  6. Gently flip your omelet in half inside the pan and continue to cook 2-3 minutes on each side.
  7. Carefully remove your omelet to a plate and garnish with toppings of your choice. Enjoy!

Using a large spatula, fold omelet over, forming semicircle. Really nice and simple recipe although I found I had to half the cheese and added more crab meat and mushrooms. I also added some barbecue seasoning and and all purpose seasoning as I felt it was. Cheese and eggs are a classic combination when it comes to making omelettes.
