  3. Shred the grilled beef, cabbage and carrots. Then add them on one end of the bread, then drizzle the ketchup-mayo mix over place the sausage and wrap.
  4. Place on a preheated griller and grill. Then serve.

I've grown up to eating shawarma since I was a little girl and it is one of my favorite dishes that reminds me of home. For the sauce, in a food processor, add garlic and pulse a few times. Add tahini, lemon juice, parsley, and water and pulse to combine. Give a taste and season with salt if needed. Stuff pita breads with beef slices, tomatoes, pickles, and the sauce.
