  1. Take the chicken in a bowl,add curd, turmeric,lemon juice, salt, oil, Ginger garlic paste & miz it well. Keep the marination for 30-45 min

Heat a pan, add the chillies& onions cook it for 5-6 mins, add the tomatoes, add salt, turmeric and the raw garam masala (cloves, pepper, cardmum, bay leaf, cinnamon stick), cook it till the rawness of the ingredients are gone. Cool it down & then make a fine paste our of it
  3. Take out the marinated chicken. Now here you can fry them on a non-stick pan / grill it in microwave (upto your preference),so that it's completely cooked.
  4. Take a pan, heat the butter addthe gravy paste, add kashmir mirch powder, kasurimethi, coriander powder and cook it for next10 min add the fried chicken into it. Add little water or depends on your preference.
  5. Cover the mixture & wait 10 mins. Add fresh cream/ milk powder paste to it. Add dhania leaves & serve it with naan roties or parathas.
