Hey everyone, it’s Drew, welcome to our recipe page. Today, we’re going to make a special dish, bruschetta. One of my favorites. This time, I will make it a bit tasty. This is gonna smell and look delicious.

Bruschetta is an antipasto (starter dish) from Italy consisting of grilled bread rubbed with garlic and topped with olive oil and salt. Variations may include toppings of tomato, vegetables, beans, cured meat, or cheese. Nothing screams summer quite like bruschetta.

Bruschetta is one of the most favored of current trending meals on earth. It is easy, it is fast, it tastes yummy. It’s appreciated by millions every day. They are nice and they look wonderful. Bruschetta is something that I’ve loved my entire life.

To get started with this particular recipe, we have to prepare a few components. You can cook bruschetta using 9 ingredients and 5 steps. Here is how you cook that.

The ingredients needed to make Bruschetta:

  1. Get 1 Baguette pre-cut 1/2" slices
  2. Prepare 1 jar of store bought bruschetta mix
  3. Take 1 packages Mozzarella Cheese
  4. Make ready 1 Parmesan Bread Dipping Seasoning (Publix)
  5. Take 1 as needed Olive Oil
  6. Take 1 as needed Fresh Basil
  7. Take 1 can Whole black olives
  8. Prepare 1 can Whole Green Olives
  9. Take 1 each Jar of Roasted Bell Peppers

This bruschetta will turn out every time you make it. Use small slices of bread for a unique appetizer, or serve with Italian dishes. A bruschetta makes a great easy starter and even an easy canape with a loaf of French bread. It's the fancy way of saying, "put it on toast".

Instructions to make Bruschetta:

  1. Arrange pre-cut slices of baguette on a large cookie sheet and drizzle olive oil on each piece. Season lightly with Parmesan Bread Dipping Seasoning. Broil in oven until lightly toasted.
  2. Put olives and Roasted Bell peppers in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Refrigerate until ready to plate.
  3. Remove baguette slices from oven. Cut mozzarella into thin small slices and put on each slice of the baguette. Reserve some large slices for plating.
  4. Put baguette slices back into oven and broil until cheese melts and remove.
  5. Last add Bruschetta mix to each slice. Plate with the remaining mozzarella slices and add marinated olives and roasted bell pepper and garnish chopped basil!!

Bruschetta is one of the simplest and quickest things in the world to make, yet it can be fantastically delicious if you use high-quality ingredients.
