  7. Carefully place all the gnocchi into the boiling water. Cook for approx 1-2 minutes, until they rise to the top.
  8. Drain in a colander, rinse in cold water then toss in olive oil to prevent the gnocchi from sticking together.

Be sure not to work the dough too much or the gnocchi will be tough. Toss them with your favorite. · This homemade gnocchi is so pillowy soft and light and fluffy!
