Get 4-5 wheat bread
Make ready 1/4 tsp salt
Get 1/4 tsp red chilli powder

For slurry: In a bowl add corn flour and water mix them well together. After mixing it, add salt, red choli powder and black pepper powder, mix it well.
For breadcrumbs: In a mixer grinder, add bread slices and grind it in a powder form. Add salt, red chilli powder and black pepper as required by taste and mix it.
So,all the three materials are ready, now make balls of the dal and rice mixture, add this ball in the corn flour slurry let it coat well over it and then coat the breadcrumbs over it well. Likewise make balls like this.
In a pan, heat oil for frying thee balls. To check if the oil is hot or not add a small piece of the mixture. If it’s hot add the balls in the oil and deep fry it at high flame until it's golden brown.
Serve these hot arancini balls with garlic sauce.
