  1. Bake Bacon at 350 for about 10min. Flip over and cook for an additional 5min. Checking periodically, cook until crispy.. Make sure not to burn. Chop into small pieces.
  2. Beat 5 eggs.
  3. Mix Cheese and flour in a separate bowl.
  4. Mix Eggs, Half & Half, Salt, Pepper, 1 1/2 cups of Floured Cheese and Bacon in a bowl.
  5. Spray Pie Pan with oil. Pour in Mixture.
  6. Bake @ 350 for 40min.
  7. Take out and sprinkle the 1/2 Cup of Cheese and Bacon on top of the Quiche and put back into the oven for another 5min. Stick a toothpick inside and if it comes out clean it's ready! Set aside for a few minutes to cool down!
  8. Enjoy!!

I made it without the pepper (because I am not fond of them) and the quiches turned out nicely but theyre a little bland. To add a little flavor, I chopped fresh tomatoes and put a little with a bit.
