  1. In a bowl combine : mixed veggies, onion, parsley flakes, garlic powder, black pepper and salt, mix well…..
  2. In a separate bowl combine : Bisquick, shredded cheddar cheese, milk and eggs, mix all well……
  3. Combine veggie mix with Bisquick mix, stir well and pour into a 9 inch pie plate that has been sprayed with cooking spray…..
  4. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 35-40 minutes, or until golden on top…..Let rest for 10 minutes before cutting…….
  5. Serve and enjoy 😉!!!!
