  1. Take Basic Frittata Recipe: 6 large eggs, 8 for 12 inch skillet

If spinach, saute until withered & add egg mixture & gently shake pan to distribute. Sprinkle with cheese & bake 15 to 20 minutes or until eggs set. Season.
