  2. Now fry the onion till brown in colour..keep aside
  3. Take oil in a pan fry potatoes till brown in colour and then keep aside
  4. Now open the cooker..check whethr it has soak the water and chicken is cooked..if the water is still thr..keep on low flame till the masala dries up compltly, add fried onions and coriander to it and mix it well..
  5. Make sure thrs no water in masala, now boil the rice
  6. Take a serving vessel..add plain rice in the bottom..than add masala to it..again top up with plain rice…
  7. Now take very little hot milk add saffron and drop up on rice to give orange coloured rice, garnish with fried onions and coriander leaves…keep on stove on very low flame..till all the thngs combine to each other..
