Get Whole red chillies: few
Prepare 1 cup Tamarind water (imli ka pani)
Get All spices whole : as required
Take 5-6 Aloo bukhary
Prepare Water (pani) : to boil rice
Make ready 2 tbsps White Vinegar (safaid sirka)
Make ready Chopped Tomatoes (tamatar) : 2 large
Get 1 tsp Turmeric powder (haldi powder)
Get 2 tbsps Red chilli flakes
Make ready Chopped fresh coriander (kata taza dhanya) : as required

Boil rice with all spices whole (sabat garam), vinegar (sirka), salt (namak) 2 tsps ; Once done 75% ; drain them in colander and keep them aside.
