  26. Prepare 2 each limes zest with a micro-plane or finely chopped zest

  7. Note…..If you like more spice add to your hearts content.

I did leave out the peanut butter and I served with shrimp instead of I didn't have any rice noodles, so I substituted chow mein noodles which added a nice crunch. Springy rice noodles surround plump shrimp with a nice lacing of Asian flavors. Stir fried rice noodles with chives, bean sprouts and shrimp.
