  5. Preheat the oven at 200°C for 10 minutes. Meanwhile grease an ovenproof bowl with ghee.
  6. Pour the chena into the greased bowl. Then pour the rest of nolen gur over the chena paste. Finally decorate with chopped almonds.
  7. Bake the chena at 180°C for 35-40 minutes. After baking bring it to the room temperature and serve cold with some nolen gur over it.

Nolen Gurer Sandesh is a famous Bengali sweet fudge prepared with Nolen Gur or Date Palm Jaggery and fresh Cottage Cheese. Nolen Gurer Sandesh will be extremely fragile at this stage and required to be removed from the mold carefully. If not available with a mold then use your hand and.
