I have already steamed the broccoli pieces until they are 3/4th done and then mixed them with carrot & onions.
Soya chunks were soaked in hot water for half an hour. Then I drained the water, rinsed the chunks with cold water and then chopped them into small pieces.
Now heat 2 tsp of oil in a pan & add chopped garlic in it.
Saute for a couple of minutes & then add all the vegetables along with the soya chunks. Saute until the vegetables become tender but make sure they are not soggy. Then add some salt.
Add 1 tsp of black pepper powder.
Now add the vinegar.
Now add 1 tsp of oregano.
Toss well & turn off the flame. Now add the mayonnaise & mix well.
Finally add the cheese and give everything a good mix.
The stuffing is ready.
Now in a bowl take the egg & add the remaining black pepper powder, oregano and some salt.
Beat the egg very well.
Into the egg gradually pour the milk & mix well.
When the milk is well incorporated with the egg gradually add the flour which has already been sifted.
Add the flour in small batches & gently mix it with the liquid mixture
When everything is well combined add the remaining oil into the mixture and mix well
The crepe batter is ready. The batter should be little runny but not too thin like water.
Now heat a non-stick pan & pour a ladle full of batter into the pan.
Gently swirl the pan to make a round shaped crepe.
When the crepe is little firm the bottom side should be cooked by that time.
Now flip the crepe to make sure the other side is also cooked.
When the other side is also cooked remove the crepe from the pan.
Repeat the steps to make some more crepes from the remaining batter. Now take the crepes one at a time & put some stuffing on top.
Then fold the crepe in a cone like shape.
Now secure the loose end of the crepe with a toothpick.
Drizzle some chilli sauce on top & serve.
