It can be made with pork, beef, venison or in this version, which uses lamb, which was commonly prepared by Hungarian shepherds.

The ingredients needed to make Lamb Goulash:

  1. Get ground lamb
  2. Get salt
  3. Get elbow macaroni pasta
  4. Take tomato sauce
  5. Get grated parmesan
  6. Take marjoram

Dust lamb in flour, shaking off excess. Heat half oil in a large flameproof casserole dish over high heat. Heat remaining oil in same pan on high. In a large casserole pot, heat some olive oil and fry the lamb and chorizo on a medium heat, browning on all sides.

Steps to make Lamb Goulash:

  1. Brown the lamb
  2. Boil the pasta with water add salt and oil. Cook according to instructions on package.
  3. Add tomato sauce, cheese, and spices. When it has simmered for 20 minutes add pasta.
