  7. Take 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  8. Prepare 1 can chopped tomatoes and 4 large tomatoes roughly chopped
  9. Prepare 1 tsp garam masala
  10. Get 1 tbsp ground ginger
  11. Take 1 tsp turmeric
  12. Prepare 3 cup water
  13. Get 2 tbsp salt
  14. Take 1 tbsp ground black pepper
  15. Make ready 3 tbsp natural yogurt
  16. Take 1 tbsp fresh chopped corriander

  10. When you think it is about 1 - 2 mins from ready add the black pepper.
  11. Add the corriander and season with salt to taste.
