Quick prep time makes these a breeze! You don't have to make your own ricotta for this - though it's very easy - but you do need fresh ricotta, not the UHT stuff you buy in tubs in the supermarket. Each element of this is very simple but it works brilliantly together. In a serving bowl, add ricotta cheese. Using a small sieve, sprinkle cocoa powder over the ricotta.
