  6. To the mixture from Step 4, add the whipped heavy cream from Step 5 and mix.
  7. Pour into a mold and chill.
  8. Here it is after it set… fluffy and jiggly.
  9. Here I made these in heart-shaped molds with a bottom layer of sponge cake.
  10. I made the top layer of gelatin with mashed and strained strawberries and raspberries, added sugar, water, and gelatin and heated the mixture. After letting it cool, I poured it on top of the mousse.
  11. You can make this as a whole cake, too.
  12. This is also delicious if you add layers of sponge cake. You can adjust the amount of mousse and thickness of the layers.

I piped this into some chocolate dipped strawberries and called it tiramisu strawberries. This strawberry tiramisu is one of the best desserts ever! Sweet ladyfingers layered with strawberries and a velvety mascarpone filling - so good! Easy to make and incredibly delicious, the perfect dessert for the strawberry season.
