  5. after an hr that the pork has been in the salt/water bowl take it out rinse it and poke wholes over it and add the seasoning you made earlier
  6. leave it in the fridge overnight (optional).
  7. bake 375°F covered for 4-5 hrs and uncovered for another 2 hrs
  8. if you want to make 2 just double the seasoning.
