  5. Add to it chopped green chillies, sendha salt, chopped ginger to it and mix well. Refrigerate for 2 hours at least.
  6. Make balls and flatten in your palms and the tikkis are ready.
  7. Heat ghee in a pan and shallow fry the Tikkis.
  8. Plate and enjoy a healthy snack
