  2. Take boneless chicken, mix, 2 teaspoon chutney, 2 tablespoons spoon curd, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 2 cloves crushed garlic, all dry masala(salt, oregano, basil, garam masala and red Chilli powder) as shown in the picture and some oil and mix it
  3. Keep the marinated chicken for 1-2 hours
  4. Now take a pan and add 1 teaspoon butter to it
  5. Once the butter melts add the marinated chicken and pan fry it till the time it cooks completely. Do not overcook otherwise it becomes hard. You can also cover it to let cook. It fast and make it juicy

The chutney is all important in this dish. Any onion chutney is fine but our family favourite is Mrs Ball's onion chutney from South Africa. DIRECTIONS Toss chicken, bell pepper, raisins, celery and onions in large bowl. Stir mayonnaise and chutney in small bowl until blended.
