The ingredients needed to make Katki keri raw mango chutney:

  1. Prepare 1 cup small cubes of raw mangoes
  2. Prepare 1/2 cup sugar
  3. Prepare 1 tablespoon salt
  4. Prepare 3 tablespoon red chilli powder
  5. Get 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder

Wash and peel the raw mangoes. Chop into small pieces and add it to a big bowl. Add salt to taste, red chilli powder and coriander powder. Raw mango is consider very good in Summer.

  1. Add all the ingredients in a microwave safe bowl. Mix well. Microwave on high for 5 minutes. Remove and give it a stir. Microwave again for 2 minutes. Remove and let it cool. Enjoy with puri, thepla, paratha etc. Store it in an air tight jar.
  2. I have not used any oil but if you like you can temper the katki keri with oil, cloves and cumin seeds.
